Smith Family Farm is a completely family-run business out of the town of Chester, in the beautiful Hudson Valley, New York. At our farm, we take great pride and care in raising 100% grass-fed and finished, beef. We have no need to use antibiotics or hormones in our healthy animals, and we have it carefully vacuum-sealed after being USDA inspected and processed to preserve it’s quality and great taste. Our goal is to provide you with the most affordable and highest quality beef that we can.
Our cows are mixed breeds including Hereford and Simental. They spend most days grazing on grass and eating harvested hay from our fields in the winter. We breed all of our piglets ourselves and raise them from start to finish. The breeds we have include crosses of Hereford, Berkshire, and Mangalica. At Smith Family Farm all of our animals are born into our herd and treated humanely with our utmost care. We take pride in the quality of our meats, and we think you can taste that so- check out our meat!
